All shipping worldwide is outsourced to a professional fulfilment company with warehouses based in the UK and USA. At Tongkat Fitness™ we believe this to be the best possible shipping service provided by any international retailer out there, giving fast, reliable and affordable delivery to our much valued customers.

Shipping Prices/Rates

All our Tracked Shipping Prices and Delivery Times are calculated live at the final stage of checkout based on the nearest warehouse to your given shipping address. To find the shipping rates for your specific order and location, simply add the items you wish to purchase to the 'Shopping Cart' and once your on the 'Shopping Cart' page of our site you will find a 'Shipping Rates Calculator' near the bottom of the page, here you can enter your country and PostCode/ZIP Code details in order to generate the various shipping rates/services available for your location.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Orders are usually dispatched the next working day after the day in which your order was placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).  Please be aware of this when planning a 'Next Day' delivery. Also note that delivery times are generated live by our third party fulfilment agency at the final stage of checkout, these times are an estimate and are NOT guaranteed by us here at Tongkat Fitness™.

Import/Customs Fees

We are pleased to tell you that all orders shipped to addresses in the UK and USA are all domestic shipments and so are completely free of any import/customs fees.

Orders for delivery to countries within the European Union (EU) are shipped from our UK warehouse hence are fully 'EU Trade Friendly' meaning that they are also completely free of any import/customs fees.

Deliveries to destinations outside of the UK, USA and the European Union (EU) are dispatched by our UK warehouse and customs/import fees may apply depending on your country's import/customs policies.

AUSTRALIA: Orders to Australia are shipped from our UK based warehouse and we are very pleased to inform you that, at present, Australian customs/import fees are only applied to goods imported over the value of $1,000.00AUD per shipment. Parcel Tracking

At Icariin Health™ we provide 'Tracked Shipping Services' for both your peace of mind and our own. You will receive a 'Shipping Confirmation' email containing your tracking details shortly after your order has been dispatched. It is recommended that you regularly check your tracking online as some postal couriers have stopped placing the 'We Attempted To Deliver' cards through your letter box when your not there and instead started putting this information online only.

What We Ask Of You

Providing us with your full and correct 'Delivery Address' details is entirely your responsibility, so we ask you to please make sure you double-check your entered 'Delivery Address' before submitting your order. If when you receive your 'Order Confirmation' email from us you notice that you've made some errors when entering your 'Delivery Address', then please email us immediately! We can't promise that we will be able to amend your address details, as once your order has been submitted to our warehouse facility the 'Delivery Address' details CANNOT be amended. Submission of your order to our warehouse facility can take as little as a few minutes up to a few hours after the time in which you placed your order, hence the sooner you notice any mistakes you've made, the higher the chances are that we will be able to correct them for you. Save yourself the hassle and always double-check your 'Delivery Address' before submitting your order.
